" I organized the relevant departments of the Ministry conducted a review of the specification, is now approved as the national standard, numbered GB50303-2002, since June 1, 2002 shall come into force. Among them, 3.1.7, 3.1.8, 4.1.3, 7.11, 8.1.3, 9.1.4, 11.1.1, 12.1.1, 13.1.1, 14.1.2, 15.1.1, 19.1.2, 19.1.6, 21.1.3, 22.1.2, 24.1.2 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "construction electrical installation engineering quality inspection and evaluation standards" GBJ303-88, "electrical installation of 1kV and below wiring construction and acceptance of norms" GB50258-96, "electrical installation of electrical lighting construction acceptance norms" GB50259-96 Abolished at the same time.

This Code is administered by the Ministry of Construction and explains the mandatory provisions.
